We do our best to ensure all of our customers enjoy a happy shopping experience with us however occasionally you may need to return an item.
If the item you received doesn’t match the description in the original listing, or if it arrived faulty or damaged, you can return it for a refund or you simply change your mind about the item you have bought from us online, you can return it to us for a refund within 30 days from the date of dispatch.
You can e-mail us at Customer Services email@example.com . When you e-mail us, please include details of your order to help us to identify it. Without a receipt we won´t exchange or refund any item.
Once you start a return, we have 4 business days to resolve your issue.
Send the item back
When we accept your return, you’ll receive an email with the subject ¨return the item¨. You’ll need to send it back within 5 business days.
You will need to pay for the postage but we will refund the delivery charge if we have made an error in our despatch or if the item received is faulty. However, please note we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling them.
Refund any delivery costs you have paid, although, as permitted by law, the maximum refund will be the costs of delivery by the least expensive delivery method. For example, if they offer delivery of goods within 3-5 days at one cost but you choose to have the goods delivered within 24 hours at a higher cost, then we will only refund what you would have paid for the cheaper delivery option.
When you’re sending the item back, repack it carefully, and keep in mind that the condition you send the item back to the seller in is important.
We strongly recommend that you use a secure or trackable method of postage, i.e. recorded or special delivery, and that you keep hold of your proof of postage. Until we receive your return to our warehouse, the items and their condition remain your responsibility.
Get your refund
Once we receive the item back from you, or once we’ve agreed to refund you and let you keep the item, we have got 5 business days to issue your refund. We’ll send you an email to confirm your return has been received and that your refund has been processed. Refunds will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement. If for any reason we are unable to issue a refund via the original method of payment, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.
It usually takes 3 to 5 business days for a PayPal refund to go through. If you paid with a credit card, it may take up to 30 days to process, depending on your card provider.
Cancel a return request
If you’ve changed your mind about a case you’ve opened, and no longer want return your item, it’s easy to cancel your request. Cancel a return request. It’s important to make sure you’re certain you want to cancel a request, as you won’t be able to re-open a case once it’s been closed.
